Chef De Partie / Junior Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head Chefs with daily operation, creation and preparation of Western/ Local / Japanese cuisine
  • Ensure that quality, quantity, and correctness of food items served and displayed are as per Company’s and Chef’s standard recipes
  • To manage the day to day operations of the section in the kitchen
  • To ensure the consistency of food quality and standard
  • To ensure and maintain safety and cleanliness and hygiene standard of the kitchen
  • To assist in inventory and stock ordering

Requirements:

  • Great Teamplayer & Positive Attitude
  • Willing to work on shifts & weekends
  • Minimum 2 year(s) of supervisory role for Chef De Partie position
  • At least 5 years experience for Junior Sous Chef Position
